What is supervision?
According to Finnish supervisors' association Supervision provides to professionals, practitioners, managers, teams and workplaces a contractual, supportive and developmental process to explore and learn in practicing, working and collaborating. Supervision facilitates reviewing work-related experiences, emotions and challenges and finding a new perspective to them.
I offer consulting and mentoring work guidance services. My approach is solution- and resource-focused. I also get inspiration from systems intelligence and mindfulness.
I offer supervision for individuals, teams, groups and organizations. Individual and pair work can be carried out also remotely.
Evidence based approach
Work supervision supports professional growth and the development of reflection skills. Its effectiveness is directly visible in the everyday life of the organization:

Possible travel costs outside of Helsinki will be agreed separately.
I am currently completing my work supervisor training without the final stages and offer practice supervision at the student price: –50% of the price list prices until May 31, 2026.
